Currently managing a team of 22 artists with leads. This team is further broken down into a team of 12 in-game asset artists, 8 cinematic artists, and 2 user interface artists. All are super talented and make my job a breeze. With screenshots of their current work I paint over and do modifications in front of them, discussing the changes as I paint so there are no communication errors due to vague phases like "make it bigger and more epic". Together with the producer I manage the level of art quality with budget and time constraints. Through daily scrums and Jira software I make sure we have a consistent art style and reach all milestones set out.
